The survey record is where engineers capture and manage all findings for a specific site visit — documents, recommendations, COPE data, loss estimates, and the audit trail. You land here after creating a survey or clicking one from the site’s Surveys tab. The top of the record shows the survey name and the site and client it belongs to (“for [Site] of [Client]”). Two actions are always available:
  • Edit Survey — update survey details such as status, visit date, type, or assigned engineer
  • ··· menu — additional options including deleting the survey
