The site record holds everything related to a specific property — its details, surveys, recommendations, activities, and risk profile. You land here after creating a site or clicking one from the client’s Sites tab. The top of the record shows the site name and its parent client (“at [Client Name]”). Two actions are always available:
  • Edit Site — update site details, address, or summary
  • Schedule Activity — create a new activity for this site

Tabs

The default view. Shows:
  • Site Details — key site information (see below)
  • Recent Updates — a live audit trail of changes to this record
  • Site Summary — a free-text area for notes. Click Edit Site to add or update it.
All activities logged or scheduled for this site. See Activities overview and Scheduling activities for more detail.

The right panel shows:
  • TruRisk Score — the site’s current risk index, calculated from completed surveys
  • Recommendations — a summary of open recommendations for this site
  • Site Contacts — contacts associated with this site
