Teams let you group risk engineers together and associate them with specific clients. Admins can always access all clients. This makes it easier to manage large portfolios by assigning subsets of clients to dedicated teams.
A team controls which client records its members can access. Members without a team won’t have visibility into any clients, and clients not assigned to any teams won’t be visible by engineers.
To open the Teams section, click Teams in the sidebar.

Teams list

The list shows all teams with the following columns: Team (name), Description, Clients (number of clients assigned), and Members (number of users). Use the Search Teams bar to filter by name, or enable the My Teams toggle to show only teams you belong to.

Creating a team

Click + New Team to open the Create Team dialog. Click Create Team to save.

Managing teams from other records

Teams can also be managed from other places in the portal:
  • Client record → Teams tab — Assign or remove teams on a per-client basis.
  • User record → Teams tab — View and manage which teams a user belongs to.
  • User creation form — Assign a new user to a team during onboarding.
