Captures how the site is used and who works there.
Facility Function Allocation — enter the percentage of the facility dedicated to each function:
Manufacturing, Warehousing, Office, Retail, Other.
Protection
Captures all fire protection, security, and emergency response measures in place at the site. Inspections — record whether the following are in place and up to date: Automatic Sprinkler Valve Inspections, Fire Pump Inspections, Alarm Testing, Fire Door Maintenance Test, Extinguisher Maintenance Inspection. Management — rate practices across: Housekeeping, Surveillance, Smoking Controls, General Maintenance, Contractor Supervision, Hot Work Monitoring, Impairments Handling, Emergency Organisation, Management of Change. Other Fire Protection — Special Hazards Protection Evaluation; presence of Special Protection, Hose, Hydrants, Extinguishers.
Fire Detection — Alarms, Other Alarms, Smoke or Heat Detectors, Intrusion Detection.

Infrared Inspection — Infrared Scans (Yes / No), Infrared Inspection Organisation.
External Fire Exposure — documents exposure risks from neighbouring properties or processes.
