TruRisk organises information into records — individual pages for each client, site, survey, and other entities. Each record is structured with a header and a set of tabs that group related information.

Record structure

Every record page follows the same layout:
  • Header — displays the record’s name, key details (such as address or status), and action buttons (e.g. Edit, Schedule Activity).
  • Tabs — divide the record’s content into logical sections. Click a tab to switch between views without leaving the record.
  • Breadcrumb trail — shown in the top bar, this displays the full path to the current record (e.g. Clients → Hartmann Industrial GmbH → Dortmund Main Plant) and lets you navigate back up the hierarchy.

List views

Each section in the sidebar (Clients, Surveys, Recs, etc.) opens a list view — a filterable, searchable table of all records of that type. From a list view you can open individual records, apply filters, and use the ··· menu for record actions such as edit or delete.
