# The site record

> An overview of the site record in TruRisk, including tabs, site details, and key fields.

The site record holds everything related to a specific property — its details, surveys, recommendations, activities, and risk profile. You land here after creating a site or clicking one from the client's Sites tab.

## Header

The top of the record shows the site name and its parent client ("at \[Client Name]"). Two actions are always available:

* **Edit Site** — update site details, address, or summary
* **Schedule Activity** — create a new activity for this site

## Tabs

    The default view. Shows:

    * **Site Details** — key site information (see below)
    * **Recent Updates** — a live audit trail of changes to this record
    * **Site Summary** — a free-text area for notes. Click **Edit Site** to add or update it.

    All activities logged or scheduled for this site. See [Activities overview](/activities-overview) and [Scheduling activities](/scheduling-activities) for more detail.

  <Accordion title="Surveys">

## Site details panel

The left panel on Site Overview surfaces key information at a glance.

| Field               | Description                                                                |
| ------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Coordinates         | GPS coordinates. Add coordinates to display a satellite image of the site. |
| Address             | The site's physical address                                                |
| ISO Class           | The site's construction classification (see below)                         |
| SIC Code            | Standard Industrial Classification code                                    |
| Date of Last Visit  | Date of the most recent survey visit                                       |
| Date of Next Visit  | Date of the next scheduled survey                                          |
| Total Insured Value | The site's total insured value                                             |

### ISO classes

| Class   | Description             |
| ------- | ----------------------- |
| N/A     | Not applicable          |
| Class 1 | Frame                   |
| Class 2 | Joisted masonry         |
| Class 3 | Noncombustible          |
| Class 4 | Masonry noncombustible  |
| Class 5 | Modified fire resistive |
| Class 6 | Fire resistive          |

## Right panel

The right panel shows:

* **TruRisk Score** — the site's current risk index, calculated from completed surveys
* **Recommendations** — a summary of open recommendations for this site
* **Site Contacts** — contacts associated with this site
